Refund policy

1. Return & Exchange Period We want you to love your Brivanti pieces. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange through our self-service portal.

2. Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused), with all original tags still attached, and in its original Brivanti packaging.

3. How to Start a Request Brivanti uses a self-service portal to make the process easy. Visit https://shop.brivanti.com to begin:

  • Log In: Use the email address used for your purchase.

  • Select Items: Choose the order and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  • Submit Request: Select a reason and submit. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping Fees Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Brivanti is not responsible for items lost in transit. There are no restocking fees.

5. Exchanges We offer exchanges once the original item is received and inspected at our facility.

  • Shipping for Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item. This cost is calculated based on real-time carrier rates (USPS Ground Advantage) and must be paid before the new item is dispatched.

  • Value Differences: If the new item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it is lower, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Refunds Once we inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
